Khaylen Stanton is a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator (LCCE), as well as a Birth Doula (CD(DONA) and DTI Trained). She lives in Denver, CO with her husband and 3 children. Her passion for everything birth related including supporting people through the cherished childbearing time, started at a young age through stories of her own home birth and grew through the home births of her three children. She trained as a birth and postpartum Doula in 2011 and obtained her CLC certification in 2016. Most recently, Khaylen has obtained her Lamaze Childbirth Educator certification (2019) and her Certified Birth Doula designation (2020). She holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan…Go Blue! and has experience working for a Fortune 500 company for the past 16 years. In this role she has lobbied for lactation rooms and upgraded support services for herself and the women she works with. In addition to lactation counseling, birth Doula support, as well as Childbirth Education, Khaylen is able to provide information on baby wearing, cloth diapering, mother's blessing planning, Dance for Birth, pregnancy consulting, transition back to work and sibling care.
